Project explanation

Garbage screen: Garbage screen is designed with a comb slot of 0.2–0.5mm to help retain small-sized garbage, in order to limit the impact on the treatment efficiency of the system and equipment damage.

Collection tank: Collect generated wastewater to pump supply into the treatment system, through the wastewater collection tank pumped into the conditioning tank of the treatment system.

The purpose of the collection tank is to pre-settle the sand and solids with a large density in the water, reducing the suspended sediment content in the wastewater.

Equalization tank: The conditioning tank has the function of regulating the flow and concentration of wastewater entering the treatment station. Flow conditioning is a method applied to overcome problems caused by flow fluctuations, improve the performance of subsequent processes, and reduce the size and investment capital of construction works. next program.

MBR tank: MBR technology is similar to aerobic activated sludge tank, but instead of separating biological sludge by settling technology, MBR technology is separated by membrane.

Because the pore size of the MBR membrane is very small (0.01 ~ 0.2 µm), the biological sludge will be retained in the tank, the microbial density is high and the treatment efficiency is increased. Clean water will be pumped to the storage tank and drained out without going through the settling tank, filtering and disinfecting.

Disinfection tank: The final stage of disinfection is in the chlorine contact compartment to completely destroy Coliforms and other disease-causing germs. Highly designed sterilization compartment long enough and enough time for ozone contact with wastewater. The sterilization efficiency is 95% with Coliforms and 100% with other pathogens.

Sludge storage tank: The amount of sludge generated in the settling tank is brought to the sludge compaction tank. Here, organic matter is decomposed. After a certain period of time, the stabilized sludge will be removed by septic tank truck and transported to the appropriate latrine. The water separated from the sludge is returned to the collection tank for further treatment.
