Project explanation

Wastewater after being treated at the Ink Treatment Cluster and the Grease Separation Tank will go to the Collection Tank.

Collection tank: Collect generated wastewater to pump supply into the treatment system, through the wastewater collection tank pumped into the conditioning tank of the treatment system.

Equalization tank: The conditioning tank has the function of regulating the flow and concentration of wastewater entering the treatment station. Flow conditioning is a method applied to overcome problems caused by flow fluctuations, improve the performance of subsequent processes, and reduce the size and investment capital of construction works. next program.

MBO biological cluster:  Wastewater after going through the conditioning tank will automatically flow into the anoxic tank, in the anoxic tank, the process of nitrification and phosphorus will take place to treat N, P

MBR membrane filter cluster: MBO technology is similar to aerobic activated sludge tank, but instead of separating biological sludge by settling technology, MBR technology is separated by membrane. Because the pore size of the MBR membrane is very small (0.01 ~ 0.4 µm), the biological sludge will be retained in the tank, the microbial density is high, and the treatment efficiency is increased. Clean water will be pumped to the storage tank and drained out without going through the settling tank, filtering and disinfecting.

Disinfection tank: Disinfection stage in the chlorine contact compartment to completely destroy Coliforms and other disease-causing germs. Highly designed disinfection compartment for long enough and sufficient chlorine contact time with wastewater. The sterilization efficiency is 95% with Coliforms and 100% with other pathogens. At the end of the disinfection compartment, water meets QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT – Column A according to the discharge pipe to the receiving source.
